High boiler capacities (8-14 litres).
Two boiler level sensors. One for regular level control and one
for safety level control.
2 kg brewing group with pre-infusion chamber.
TAGH: temperature adjusting group head allows setting brewing
temperature individually for each single group. Consequently the
same time boiler pressure (steam and hot water power) can be set
quite high without risk to burn the coffee. This may reflect in
an up to 40% increased steam power ECM patent.
Hot water tempering valve mixes cold
water to boiling hot boiler water to obtain well tempered hot
water for long blacks / Americano.
4 automatic coffee portions per group (+ 1 automatic hot water
key for each group and one semiautomatic key used also for
programming)

Drip tray can be set to two different levels.
Standard colours: glossy or matt black, burgundy, grey
Special order:
• Special colours. Stainless steel bodywork.

increases the steam power (pressure), the steam quality
(“drier”), allows easier cleaning of the wand and avoids
injuries from touching by mistake boiling hot steam wands.
Espressocompany SA patent pending.
• DAVS: dual anti vacuum system against milk being sucked inside
the boiler. This system consists of the “regular” vacuum breaker
valve and of a thermostatically controlled solenoid valve which
opens and closes according to boiler temperature.
